LITTLE BIRD MADE ANNOUNCES EASTER EXTRAVAGANZA IN KNARESBOROUGH AND HARROGATE VALLEY GARDENS
This Easter Bank Holiday Weekend, Little Bird Made is bringing a double header of artisan talent to two of Yorkshire’s most iconic locations. From the ruins of Knaresborough Castle to the floral elegance of Harrogate’s Valley Gardens, visitors can enjoy a four day celebration of local craft, food and community.
The weekend kicks off at Knaresborough Castle on Good Friday and Saturday, before moving to the heart of Harrogate Valley Gardens for Easter Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday, 10am to 3pm each day.
“We are thrilled to be kicking off the first Bank Holiday of the year at two beautiful North Yorkshire locations,” says Jackie Crozier, Managing Director of Little Bird Made. “Easter is a time for renewal and community. By bringing our artisans to the grounds of the Castle and Valley Gardens, we’re offering a unique outdoor shopping experience that celebrates the very best of Yorkshire’s creative talent.”
Elizabeth Charters, owner of Pathos Bakery, says, “I’ve been trading with Little Bird Made since their Harewood House Winter Artisan Market in 2024. My first ever market was a four day event which definitely threw me in at the deep end, and when I look at where I am today, I see how much I’ve learnt since then. I am looking forward to returning to the scenic grounds of Knaresborough after time away, and unfortunate cancellations due to the typical English weather. Harrogate Valley Gardens is one of our OG markets and I am so excited to see our regulars and plenty of new faces over the Easter Weekend.’’
Paula Beaumont, of Paula Beaumont Adventures said, “I can't tell you how happy and excited I am to be back trading with Little Bird this Sunday at Harrogate's stunning Valley Gardens! I've been trading with Little Bird now for seven years! And it doesn't get better than my home town of Harrogate. You'll find such diverse artisan makers and amazing street food in the stunning setting of the gardens in Spring. See you there!”
Sam Elliott-Black, owner of Sam’s Naturally Handmade says, “I've been trading at Harrogate Valley Gardens with Little Bird Made for the last two years, and it's always the market I look forward to most. The stunning setting of Valley Gardens, but most importantly, the people, make it such a special day"
