Little Bird staff and traders are all looking forward to their return to Richmond Market Place on Sunday, following the success for the first market last month.
Last month saw the launch of Little Bird Artisan Markets in Richmond and local people and visitors came out in force to support the market and traders. There were large crowds throughout the day and this month Little Bird promises to deliver again.
Jackie Crozier, owner and director of Little Bird Made said, “We were blown away with the support we received at our first market, and we are so thankful to the people in the Richmond area. We can’t wait for this weekend to return and add more of a Christmas theme to our market. We encourage people to shop local and support small independent businesses this year and what better way, than attending one of our markets”.
There will be over 50 traders setting up in the Market Place selling lots of festive goods and treats. It will be a great opportunity to purchase locally produced gifts for your loved ones, safe in the knowledge that you are shopping local and supporting some of Yorkshires finest small businesses. There will be a wide variety of goods on offer for all ages and tastes, from Christmas decorations and items for your home, children’s toys, clothing, skin and body care, candles and home fragrances, art, photography, crafts, and lots more. There will also be a variety of food and drink providers selling cheese, preserves, cakes & bakes, oils and alcohol. It will be an opportunity to stock up on local produce to enjoy as you relax over the holiday season.
The market will be taking place on Sunday 28th of November, 10am until 3pm in Market Place, Richmond DL10 4JJ. They will also be heading back on a regular basis next year with dates on their website or sign up to their mailing list for up-to-date news on all their markets.
Little Bird will also be holding a monthly outdoor artisan market in Darlington from February 2022 and are looking for traders in the area who would like to book a stall at either of the markets.
