Love it or loathe it, scared of it or confident on it, social media is a vital lifeline for your small business.
Social media gives you the opportunity to gain an online following which allows you to showcase your business in your own unique way... sounds simple doesn't it? Well, the reality isn't as simple as that. Social media is time-consuming and often daunting, we know all too well that many of our traders want to use it but don't know how or don't think they have the time. Many of them have told us that they don't know what to post or how to create posts and many think they are missing sales because of their "fear of messing it up".
We have spoken to a lot of our traders over the last few months and many of them have expressed a desire to learn more about social media and they want to develop an online presence... so here goes.
We are hosting our first Social Media Workshop at Wetherby Town Hall on January 13th from 5pm - 8pm. Tickets for the event cost £25.
