SPRING HAS SPRUNG AS LITTLE BIRD MADE HEAD TO EASINGWOLD THIS WEEKEND

Little Bird Made are setting up their outdoor market in Easingwold marketplace this Saturday 8 March from 10am, while also celebrating International Women’s Day, bringing with them some of Yorkshire’s finest female artisan traders and small business owners.

The market will have a selection of handmade crafts, homeware and fragrances to decorate any room in your home, organic skin and body care, local art and photography, as well as beautifully crafted jewellery, local produce from breads, cakes and drinks and lots more. With Mother’s Day coming up, if you are looking for a unique gift or even to treat yourself then this market is the place to visit.

Jackie Crozier, Managing Director of Little Bird Made says, ‘’We trade in some of the prettiest locations in Yorkshire, and Easingwold is right up there. With historic sites such as the Market Cross and Market House and Newburgh Priory to beautiful churches such as St Stephens Church or a walk around Rievaulx Abbey there is always a stunning site to see.’’

She continues, ‘’We always promise a warm welcome at our artisan markets, it is always a pleasure to set up our market in Easingwold and one we look forward to month after month. We can’t wait to see everyone there, especially now that Spring has sprung.’’

Alison Jackson, owner of Little Jackson Makes, a local baker in Easingwold has this to say on trading in Easingwold this Saturday, ‘’I love trading in Easingwold with Little Bird Markets. It is my local market and it feels very special that I get to trade here selling my homemade bakes. We love coming here and can’t wait to be back on Saturday.’’
