This summer come and discover the quintessential charm of North Yorkshire as the popular Thirsk Artisan Market returns to the town’s historic cobbled Market Place on Sunday, 19 July from 10am.

Curated by Little Bird Made, the open air market brings together a diverse, high quality line up of Yorkshire’s finest independent producers, makers, and artisans. Visitors will have the unique opportunity to meet the faces behind the brands, exploring stalls packed with bespoke arts and crafts, handcrafted jewellery, organic skincare, home and locally produced artisan food and drink.

More than just a shopping trip, the monthly market is a celebration of community, designed to bring people together in a friendly, outdoor atmosphere while injecting a vibrant, modern twist into Thirsk’s rich heritage.Located in the heart of "Herriot Country”, made famous by the renowned author and vet James Herriot, Thirsk serves as the perfect backdrop for a summer day trip. The artisan market offers an excellent excuse to explore everything this picturesque town has to offer, from its traditional pubs and cosy independent cafés to iconic nearby attractions like the World of James Herriot museum and the Thirsk Museum.
