DOUBLE THE DELIGHT: LITTLE BIRD MADE RETURNS TO EASINGWOLD AND ACOMB FOR A SPRINGTIME SHOWCASE

This Saturday, 7 March, North Yorkshire’s vibrant artisan market scene offers a double helping of local talent as Little Bird Markets brings their curated shopping experiences to both Easingwold and Acomb.

From the historic cobbles of Easingwold’s marketplace to the bustling Front Street in Acomb, residents and visitors are invited to shop small, eat well, and support the region’s finest independent makers, bakers and creators.

The Easingwold Artisan Market returns to the town’s picturesque market place. Taking place from 9am to 2pm, the artisan market is a treasure trove of high quality, handcrafted goods, with a diverse array of stalls featuring bespoke jewellery, organic skincare, homeware and original artwork.

Over in York, Acomb Front Street will be transformed into a culinary haven for the monthly Flourish & Feast Market. Opening from 10am, the market focuses on flavour, freshness and local produce. Enjoy hot street food, artisanal spirits, small batch preserves and fresh floral blooms. And there are even treats for the four legged visitors to the market, making it a dog friendly day out.

Jackie Crozier, Managing Director of Little Bird Made, said, ‘’We are absolutely thrilled to be hosting two of our most popular markets on the same day. Whether you’re looking for a unique handmade gift for Mother’s Day in Easingwold or a delicious weekend treat in Acomb, our traders represent the very best of Yorkshire’s creative and culinary talent. It is the perfect opportunity to get outdoors, enjoy the fresh air and support the small businesses that make our markets and the high streets so special.’’

Alice Norton, owner of Norton’s Deli, who will be in Easingwold says, ‘’Trading with Little Bird Markets at Easingwold is incredible. We love returning to this beautiful North Yorkshire location. The visitors to the market are so supportive and everyone is always in good spirits, making it a fantastic day out.’’

Mino Fourket, owner of Alamino’s will be at Acomb Front Street says, ‘’We're thrilled to bring Alamino's to the upcoming Flourish & Feast market at Acomb with Little Bird Made. There is something special about fresh hot toasties being enjoyed in a buzzing local market, and we can't wait to serve the community and be part of such a great local event.’’
