SUMMER DAYS IN MALTON: LITTLE BIRD MADE RETURNS THIS WEEKEND TO CELEBRATE THE ‘MADE IN MALTON’ SPIRIT
This Saturday, 25 July, the historic market town of Malton is set to come alive with the sights,sounds and flavours of summer as the Little Bird Monthly Artisan Market returns to the marketplace. From 10am, the outdoor events brings together a curated selection of the region’s finest independent makers, bakers and creators.
Organised in partnership with Little Bird Made, the market offers a vibrant showcase of local talent, making it the perfect destination for a summer weekend day out. Visitors can expect an eclectic mix of stalls featuring everything from hand crafted jewellery,homeware, and unique art pieces to locally produced treats, award winning pies, artisan cheeses and jams and chutneys.
The artisan market is a gateway to exploring Malton’s historic high street. Beyond the marketplace, visitors are encouraged to explore the Georgian streets and discover the thriving community of permanent independent shops, trendy boutiques, and cosy cafes and local pubs that give the town its unique character.

Saturday's event seamlessly blends the visiting market traders with Malton's resident artisan producers, including local distilleries, craft breweries, and bakeries,creating a unified shopping experience that celebrates authentic North Yorkshire hospitality.
